Installation: How To Assemble The WHALEN-JACK
All WHALEN-JACK equipment must be inspected before and after every use. Scaffold showing any signs of damage or extensive use must be discarded and replaced. Consult jobsite foreman if there is any question regarding integrity of scaffold.

- One complete, unassembled WHALEN-JACK package

- 1a. Place triangle cross member support on diagonal of mainframe (orient cross members as shown in picture) .

- 1b. Place triangle cross member support on diagonal of mainframe (orient cross members as shown in picture) .

- 2. Place washer and nylon insert lock nut on bolts.

- 3. Before tightening bolts, make sure cross member has a gap between mainframe and flat weld on cross member.

- 4. Tighten bolts with cross member in correct position.

- 5. Assembly of The WHALEN-JACK is complete.
